Stages of Equipment Design Process

Upon approval of all project details, the product styling design is carefully worked out, then the technical components are designed. The application properties of equipment and the cost of its production will depend on engineering. At this stage, our experts will:

  • determine the overall dimensions of the product;

Finished equipment must meet all customer requirements, be safe, reliable and ergonomic. Full-scale mock-ups and prototypes allow checking these qualities. Models and mock-ups are usually made using 3D printing. They are used to check the ergonomics and performance of the new device. Prototypes are visually indistinguishable from stock-produced items and provide an opportunity to complete a final inspection of the mechanism and, if necessary, to make changes to the design or to replace any components. The production capacities of DALERUS partners allow us to perform most stages of prototyping, so all works are completed strictly on time.

The designed equipment is tested for resistance to climatic effects, electromagnetic interference and mechanical impact in a certified laboratory.
