One of the problems that oil producers often face is the deterioration of the quality of raw material reserves and the depletion of sources. Among the projects that have been successfully completed and have been in operation for some time now, we can highlight:

  • high-performance advanced equipment for operation in wells with a high content of mechanical impurities and a high gas factor;
  • upgraded stages for ESP (increased energy efficiency class);
  • high-speed and low-speed submersible valve electric motors (including sectional ones).

Breakthrough technologies for creating oil production equipment, the widespread use of which should be expected in the near future, include the installation of a plunger pump with a submersible linear motor. The technology has passed pilot testing and is already being successfully used in oil production. One of the first installations put into operation currently has over 800 days of operating time.

Visualization.

State-of-the-art 3D prototyping software and 3D CAD are used. The latest equipment allows performing CFD modeling and 3D printing from solid metal.

Testing.

To test the developed surface and submersible mechanisms, the company has test benches and vertical well test facilities, which provide testing of complete pumping units.
